TALK TECHNOLOGY GROUP

Corporate Social Responsibility

Community Social Responsibility at Talk Technology Group focuses on real action and measurable impact. You see it in how we support local communities, reduce environmental impact, and act responsibly in our daily work. We invest in people through skills, wellbeing, and local initiatives. We aim to earn your trust by doing the right thing, every day.

CMP Charity

At our company, giving back to the community is a core part of who we are. Through our partnership with Community Matters Partnership (CMP), we actively participate in volunteer days that make a tangible difference in local charities and community spaces. From revitalizing Regs Garden in Farnborough to supporting the vital work of Yateley Industries, we dedicate our time and resources to projects that uplift those around us. Whether it’s preserving history at Brookwood Cemetery, cleaning up the coastline at Hayling Island, or enhancing the grounds of Frimhurst House in Frimley, our team comes together to create lasting impact. We also take part in charity golf days, combining our love for teamwork with raising funds for important causes. Through these initiatives, we strengthen our community connections while living out our commitment to social responsibility.

Collections for Farnborough Food

We are proud to support Farnborough Food Bank, part of the Trussell Trust’s nationwide network, in their mission to combat food poverty and support families in crisis. Through regular food donations, our team comes together to collect and contribute essential supplies, ensuring that those facing hardship in our community have access to nutritious meals. By partnering with the food bank, we not only provide immediate relief to those in need but also help raise awareness of food insecurity and the importance of collective action. Supporting Farnborough Food Bank is just one of the ways we strive to make a meaningful impact beyond business, reinforcing our commitment to community well-being.

Toy Drives

Each year, we take part in the Toy Drive through our partnership with Community Matters Partnership (CMP), spreading holiday joy to children who need it most. We are supporting two incredible charities—Spotlight and Mustard Seed Autism—to bring extra cheer to vulnerable families. Spotlight works with schools across Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey, ensuring that disadvantaged children receive a special gift at Christmas. Meanwhile, Mustard Seed Autism supports families with autistic children and is making sure that siblings—who often play a crucial but overlooked role—also feel valued with a thoughtful gift. By contributing to this initiative, we hope to make the festive season brighter for these children and their families, reinforcing the power of kindness and community spirit.

Body Coach Movement Hour

We were excited to take part in the Body Coach Movement Hour, a nationwide initiative led by Joe Wicks, The Body Coach, to get people moving and promote the benefits of physical activity. As a team, we stepped away from our desks to join thousands across the country in an hour of fun, energizing movement—whether it was stretching, jumping, or simply getting our steps in. This initiative aligned perfectly with our commitment to employee well-being, encouraging us to stay active while fostering team spirit. Taking part in the Movement Hour wasn’t just about fitness—it was about coming together, recharging, and embracing a healthier, more balanced work culture.
